I think I do. b/c I don't always have an accurate scale, I could weigh anywhere from 190-210 lbs, b/c I frequently drop and gain weight. I weighed myself two days ago at 205 lbs, and I'm 13, and I am "5'6 1/2"
I know-way too fucking fat. Maybe an anorexic diet would work......

i agree that you are way too fucking fat, but anorexia just makes your body unhealthy. the sure fire way to go is with a good diet and exercise

I know I weigh too much....my parents won't buy healthy foods, they say it costs too much. All we have around my house is sugary cereals, milk (which I only drink w/chocolate mix), Ramen Noodles that are loaded with salt, and other salty and sugary foods, like chips and candy. We have regular meat and everything but still....but u didnt have 2 say "way too fucking fat"...*tear* *blow to small self confidence* but oh well....

I know-way too fucking fat.

way too fucking fat

it was only a quote, don't get your feelings hurt. painful honesty is kinda what you get here.

Most times it's not what you eat it's how much....I have trouble believing that all that's in your house is unhealthy stuff....there's gotta be SOMETHING that you can eat...and if it is like you say you're gonna have to cut your portions and exercise.
(btw you're parents are full of shit...healthy food doesn't have to be that high priced organic crap. Carrots...celery...fruit....salads...CHEAP! even those frozen meals are less than 1$ a peice and that limits your portion and is most always low in calories..I guarantee you're parents spend more on 1 bag of cookies then they would on several meals for you for a healthy start.)

Maybe an anorexic diet would work......

lemme tell you something about "anorexic diets".....your body thrives to stay healthy...even if your mind doesnt want it. So if you stop eating of course your mind is thinking...oh just ignore your stomache growling but your body is thinking..omg I'm starving..there's nothing...and so of course it starts eating itself...BUT...since your body thinks it's starving, EVERYTHING you DO eat stores as fat....so if you try that you're more likely to end up bigger than you start...maybe not right away, but I promise you you won't get the results you want.

I'm gonna tell you the same thing everyone told me....exercise and eat less.....period..

just a meal and snack is NOT okay! eat more! dont starve urself....

take your own advice dude

I know I'm overweight, I'm just playin. But seriously, I will be walking about 1-2 miles a day, plus about 8 combined on Saturday and Sunday, so about 18 miles a week tops, so 936 miles a year. So I really wont have 2 worry so much. Plus, I walk about 1 1/2 miles inside my school everyday, and when I'm hangin with my friends, even more than that....so cool. Thanks 4 the advice.

I dont think the prop is cereal...like honeycomb corn pops fruite loops etc cause they have VERY little if any fat in thrm its when ur having it with really fatty milk like homo or 2% that it becomes a prop

Okay.

I, too, am unhappy with the way I look and am actually going through depression because of it. However starving yourself is not a diet it's ridiculous and unhealthy.

Honestly you could have a couple of apples for breakfast or toast with a little butter on it - maybe combine the both - just drink only milk or water, snack on only fruit, or pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, perhaps Ryvita for your lunch and salad.

And eat a proper healthy meal for your dinner - not overloaded with starch or carbs but vegetables and try to eat a quarter or third less than you would normally.

It sounds as though you have exercise covered with your walking...now you just need to make some diet adjustments and you'll be all fine.

Also, talk with your parents. Fruit and Veg doesn't cost a lot - particuarly if bought from a Market - and it will do you much better in the long run.

Though this all depends on if you're willing to change the eating habits of a lifetime to provide healthy and happy years with yourself, being comfortable in your own skin and not having to call yourself "fucking fat".

...okay, I'm done.

Oh quiet woman. I'm overweight sure, I'm ugly as fuck when my shirt is off. Do I let this bother me? No. Why? Because I don't care. I make fun of myself sure, but I don't let it bother me. You know what I've been doing though to "lose the weight"? I stoped eating snack foods and strated to eat stuff high in protien like yogurt an' shit. It's good shit, and it's hella good for you. Hell, I eat some fried chicken the other day and almost throw up because I found all that grease in it to be to much for me.

In short, put a happy face on, laugh about it, and eat right kid. It works for me; I've lost a shit load of weight in the last year.

Ah yes, anerexia is not the way to go... It can cause some serious shit.

I some how doubt your depressed about your weight... As I said in my last post, just laugh about it, reconize the humor and go along with it.

It is not the only reason I am going through depression but it is a major factor in the cause - self-loathing.

I'm a huge self-laother, I don't let it keep me depressed. I'm always cheery, and I enjoy my own brand of sarcastic humor. As long as I can make others around me feel good, then I am able to feel good myself. Even though everyone on this board hates me pretty much. :-\

Sure I make jokes about things people don't find funny, but you know, if you can't look at with humor, then what good does it do? It just lets things progress even worse. Is it wrong to think differently from everyone else?

No, it isn't wrong and I envy people with that ability. I would love to not be so fucking shallow but I am. Well, in some aspects I am.

I thought i was over weight when i was 12. i was 5"6 and 120 pounds. my friends were all skinner then me. i did a little crash dieting. crash dieting is when you pick one food thats very health n low carb n just eat that n drink water for a short peirod of time. i used to use cottage cheese. its high in protein and u can buy it low fat.

im 14 now and i relized that wasnt good for me. im almost 5"8 and between 110-125 pounds.
i walk/run about 3-10 miles a week. i mostly eat fruit vegys salad with low fat dressing milk cottage cheese and healthy sanwiches on weat bread. and everyonce and a while ill have ice cream cake etc. but thats at the most 1ce every 2 weeks. im not depressed im cool with my wait now.

oh and another thing get involved with sports at ur school i run track and play basketball. helps keep u fit. if u start to gain weight from working out remember mussel weights more then fat
Good luck

FInd the average weight for how tall and how old you are. try to get your weight some where around there.

in a nutshell [i was 13, and 230 pounds WAY more then you and am now down to 158]

whole wheat bread: takes longer for ur body to break down and has less calories

oh and btw my mom really cares for me and really supports me in all of this, sure it does cos ta little bit more but the family get what they need then i get a box of what i need and it lasts a month or two .. trust me on this just talk to your mom seriousley bout it ... no joke..

you dont need to run to exersize, at first i did a LOT of swimming, swimming is easy and fun in my opinion...
if you cant jog for a while just walk you will get better

only look at the scale once a week i am a victim to finding out ive lost my 1 pound a week on wednesday and eaten it back by sunday [weigh in]!

I am like ALWAYS subconsiounceley [eh?] thinking abotu what i eat.. well ia lways think about it not relaly subcon. ... try nto to eat out and if you do those fruit salads are REALLY good.. i havent eaten out once if ud ont count fruit salads

if u get a fruit salad just eat that for the ngiht because theres a lot of cals in the yogurt

lowfat yogurt has about 80-100 cals i eat that...

skim milk: everyone burns thru 2 gals of whole while i go about a month to get through a whole thing of skim so it doesnt cost THAT much

kanola oil: this isnt a must but it helps, its better then vegetable oil and costs a little bit more but costs teh same

there are a few good lowcal/fat cookies that ive made if i really want something... other then that... dont forget exersize

oh and lowfat dressing is a must too! and on ur salads have nothing b ut veggies [it sounds gross but trust me] i usually eat my meal before everyone else then when dinner is here i eat a salad with them so id ont feel left out...

DONT EAT PASSED 8 your body will not digest it properly because when you go to sleep it will just turn into sugars in your body and make youf at.... thats part of hte reason why i never eat with my family is because they eat so late

take advantage of PE like i do, if there is a day you really dont want to exersize after school really try hard, while everyone else is mozzying around in PE i do nothing but run/jog/spring around the basketball court all period, i do this 5 times a week out of the reccommended 3 times a week for about 45 minutes whichis a relallllyyy good workout...

ignore EVERYONE that laughs at you

pack your own lunch! school lunches are NOT healthy they are full of grease and .. ugh eww...
