i agree with steph. its like any movie, they use touch up methods to make it better for the viewer. in this case they assume people like watching guys with big penises, so they fiddle around with the footage to make them look as big as possible.

You'd also be surprised how much bigger your penis looks from any angle other than looking down on it. That's not to say that there's not a lot of porn that is touched up, but I think most of it is probably real.
