Well,
in the past i had found myself slowly becoming anorexic and this on saterday sunday and monday i only ate one meal. Today i ate dinner and it made me feel sick and i didnt even eat that much but i feel over stuffed. What is happening am i slipping back into it? How do i prevent it? What do i do?

Just eat small, very small amounts of food, but eat more often maybe. That way maybe you won't feel overstuffed, and you'll still be eating.

you have to eat....but, like try to eat smaller meals if you can.. yaknow what i'm talking about, like breakfast type foods are generally least-sick-in-ing (not a word, i knwo. no monkey-nitpickers)...and you'll, um, do this magical thing called staying healthy :D
baiscly that's how i started eating when i (finally) saw the whole bony/weak thing...

Well the best thing you can do right now is get help so it doesn't evolve into a disorder.
The sooner you get help the easier it will be to recover.
