I dont know if this can go here but o well.
I am 16 yearold male, i weight 265LBS. And i was wondering if any body knows any good workouts that i can do at my house so i dont have to go to a gym.

And after i lose all my weight with the lose skin that might be there will it ever go away or will it be there the rest of my life.

this is in the right place, dont worry

id start out with situps, push ups, jogging, lift things such as full milk jugs straight armed.

Next, the skin should go away in a couple of years, if not, idk what to do
