the veins are a result of good blood circulation. to achieve good circulation, you need a good heart. the way i've kept my heart in good condition, is running 2 miles a day, and eating balanced meals (ie. fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, and so forth) the end result, are bulging veins in your arms.

a good way to work out your abs is a no brainer! crunches, ofcourse. also, pull ups on a pull up bar. the "pull up" is not all arm work, it also works the torso muscle aswell. also, i do believe the pull up will work your forearms aswell. if the pull up doesn't work your forearms, then try simple dumbell excercises. first and foremost, only do this with small weights, then begin to work on the big dog weight.

here we go: sit in a chair, place the underside of your forearm (wrists facing DOWNWARDS, towards the ground) on your thights. you're hands should be dangling off your knees. with weights in-hand, slowly raise them with only your wrists. your arms should be stationary, and your wrists should be the only part of your arm moving. if you don't feel the burn after 20 reps, then you arn't doing it correctly. this is a tough workout, if you have no forearm muscle.

I'm not very knowledgable with abs, but you can do wrist rolls (with a small, white bar with string attached to it and weights hanging on the string) although I haven't seen a gym with this equipment yet, or wrist rolls with a dumbell.
Just take an ordinary dumbell (I like 12 or 15 pounds) and kneel before a bench. Put your forearm on the bench with your hand hanging over the bench, palm facing up, holding the dumbell. curl/roll your wrist up and do for 10-12 reps, 4 sets or so.

Prominent veins (veins sticking out) is known as vascularity. You get vascularity by being muscular. What happens is your veins open up and get bigger (or swell a little bit) to allow more oxegen get to the muscles so they can perform better since they're working hard.
So yeah. Just keep lifting and it will come. It might come earlier for others based on skin type and genes

for the abs, try doing:
- Sit ups
- V sit ups
- Crunches
- Boxing sit-ups
for the foreams, try doing the reverse of bicep curls, so turn your wrists around and pull up the other way, you could try this with dumbell's if you have some, or a bar of some sort

for the veins in your arms, as said above, you need to have good blood circulation, and not have to much fat on that part of the body, but it also depends on your body type, like with me, i have my veins very close to the surface, so they "pop out" really easily, but for some, they are buried deeper, or even covered by fat, so to get veins on your body, try running, getting fit and improving your blood circulation/heart

that's what I was getting at

yeah, I forgot to mention that you need to be lean (not have a lot of fat). It usually comes when you're more muscular
