Is there a weight training class at your school or at the high school? You could take that, it helped me start being health-fitness concious. Ask your school coach!

Also, you can try getting a membership to a gym and asking a trainer there to help you get started.

As far as getting your butt off the couch, you don't have to be active all the time, but have fun! Shoot hoops outside afterschool, find a track or run around the block in the morning, and most importantly have fun and do something during the day. That's the funnest time

but seriously, ask someone like a coach or a trainer! You'll be happy you did

ok well like I said, get more active before and after school, and check to see if the senior high (if you're not at senior high yet) has weight training

shoot hoops afterschool
eat better food (go to subway, try salads, steer away from chips, candy, and soda ALWAYS)
Eat more protein
Do pushups in the evening (look up how to do pushups)
Run around the block or walk to a subway/jamba juice/store on weekends
run one lap around a track every day

I do all that stuff and it makes me feel better :D Plus you don't feel as guilty for sitting at home! just try it

You can always ask to use a local gym. Save up and purchase some equipment and also make a list of foods you wanna cut down on and limit yourself to a certain amount per week until you've reached a healthy goal.

start a mui tai kickboxing class or martial art class those are REALLY good ways to get fit, also dont eat anything that comes in a package. just maybe once or twice a day.

You dont need a website to eat healthy.

If like you said, all you really do is sit around all day and only eat junk food, then any step in the right direction is healthier than that!

It sounds like your setting goals that are way too high.
Going from eating junk food all the time to a mega-calorie-controlled-only-healthy-food diet is completely unrealistic and its something you dont (I dont blame you) seem to have the motivation or the means to do.
Start with small steps. When you go to eat junk food, stop and have a piece of fruit or something. Go for walks more. If you need to go somewhere, walk when you can. Or cycle. If you're up for it, go for a run.

Eat three meals a day. Not just the super- healthy shit like salad. Real food. And try not to snack.
And drink plenty of water. Fizzy juice? Try and stay away from that.

As for building muscle? It takes work and exercise. If you arent prepared to put the work in then dont expect to build your muscles.
Although saying that, any kind of exercise you are willing to do can only be a good thing, even if it is only a few press-ups and sit-ups each day.

Good luck :-)

all you need to do is get SOME physical exercise, it doesnt have to be at a gym, it doesnt have to be running, even walking everyday will help

and just eat healther and eat in moderation, even if you eat good foods, of you eat more than you need, then you are not going to lose weight

in summery
- get some physical exercise
-eat healthy
-eat in MODERATION
