I kinda came out of the closet to someone who i shouldn't have and now he has told his best friend (T-H-E biggest homophobe ever). I know what your going to say, "It was your own stupid fault, next time be economical with the truth."
But im really angry now. but for some reason not at the person who blabed, who by the way I think im in love with. Ive had people grass me out before but im really angry this time and upset. I dont know what to do, some of my friends are avoiding me and someone (including friends) are always making a crack at me. More than anyone else. I know you will say their not real friends but being volunteered out of the closet in a catholic highschool, you need someone there for you. I am feeling trapped and lonely, i dont know what to do.

Well something like that, except you shouldn't have told anyone so randomly.. And don't reply saying '' I was sure '' you think you were but you were wrong
There is nothing you can do, unless your being went after physically, really just be glad.. I can't imagine if anyone in my school were known to be gay.....
Of course theres a limit to verbal harassment, but since I've been proven to be ''unkowledgeable'' with foreign systems you shouldn't take my advice to heart, that teachers can't do crap.. If its a really authorative school then yes maybe, but there is in school life & out of school life..
In general just stay strong and learn from your mistake

Your not stupid it was just a mistake but now that your out be proud about it don't let them see how its getting to you and also you might encourage another classmate to come out(I doubt your the only gay guy there).

I fail to see your mistake :-?
You cant choose your sexuality. But that person chooses to be homophobic.
As for your friends avoiding you, they may just be unsure what to do, you might need to reach out to them first and explain to them how you are feeling. Maybe tell them you feel like they are avoiding you, and ask them why. If its because they are unsure what to do, tell them what you would like them to do and/or what they can do. If its because you're gay. F**k them (not literally :P ).
If your friends are making jokes about you and you arent comfortable with that, then why dont you try talking to them about it.
A great piece of advice for life is to be prepared to laugh at yourself though. As long as they are only jokes and they are in no way intended to hurt you, then laugh about it. Make jokes about them! Laughter is the best mediciine :P
You shouldnt feel the need to hide yourself from anyone, and Im really sorry to hear that you do.
I hope you manage to talk to one of your friends about what you're going through.

well thanks for the reply. :)
I cant confirm being gay at my school, due to the strict religion and it wont make other want to come out. It happened to another guy i know and no one came out after him. He went threw something similar to me but is hardly a person i can talk to.
I'm having problems communicating with my friends and privacy is usually none existant unless on msn which most of them dont have. an i cant just say Fuck them, and defenately cant do it literally lol. i can laugh at myself but i dont like people poking at a personal thing, that im only just getting to gribs with!
I know it seems like a lot of excuses but truth is, i have a bit of savvy. I dont ask questions on here unless i really dont know what to do. but i supose theres nothing to do, therefore i need to know how to survive in a deeply religous school being labled gay.
