Can you get hiv if you have sex with a person although they done have it and the other person has it, or doses one person have to have it in order to pass it on? generaly taling, is it safe to give another guy or a girl oral sex? what are the risks? thanks! :D

If you are unsure of whether someone is HIV positive or not, it is best to either get them tested or take all the necessary precautions in order to have pleasurable but SAFE oral sex. I don't really understand all of your question... But you can get HIV from everyone... Though people have to realize HIV is not super common, there are other, much more common STD's out there.

it's unsafe to give someone oral sex because there are risks of getting genital infections in your throat, and you can get the same viruses.

You can only get HIV from a person who has HIV

if one person has is then you probably will get it. if niether person has it then as far as i know it is not posible to get it.
