I am looking for a particular kind of phone:
Very cheap
Little to no recurring fees or pay-by-minute fees
Giftable
preferably has the ability to text, and, if at all possible, pictures would be nice (this is definatly not a requirement, however. I would much rather have texting)
Needs to be under $40 approx.
I'm looking for some type of one-time fee thing.

The cheapest and easiest phone to use is called TracFone they don't charge you per day like go phone and virgin mobile. http://www.tracfone.com/phones.jsp?task=phones&subTask=allPhones check it out

NO offence but tracfone is the biggest piece of crap company they have been in it forever and have the crappiest phones and they are $0.50 a min I have virgin mobile they are in my oppinion the best they have the cheapest but good quality phones and great rate plans no activation fees and they use sprint towers their website is virginmobileusa.com go there and check tem out you will love them but if you don't get sprint you can get alltelu which is prepaid alltel their okay but they have the best phones their website is alltelu.com

I use to have tracfone and actually tracfone is a branch off of cingular (at&t) I didn't like the old phones but I like the new ones although I use verizon now.
