ok well i just masturbate and then i saw these tiny white things on my penis and on my penis so i took some off with my finger but my head is too sensitive to touch like that.
So i cleaned it off with running bath water and soap on my penis.
I couldnt get all the little whitish light yellow things off so then i just went back in my room.

When you're in the shower, clean it by running water over it. It will be sensitive at first, but this will gradually decrease. Eventually you'll be able to use a washcloth. If pressured water is too much, start by cupping water in your hands and running it over your penis.

Dried semen, maybe some oils and skins mixing together. If they just wash off with water they're harmless. The more you clean, the less you should have. Chances are it will go away entirely.
