Hydrogen peroxide is generally the best thing. If this is really a problem and no over-the-counter solutions are working, you need to see a dermatologist if you can. There's no magic bullet unfortunately, but chances are that this will subside within a few months.

Meh, I used to have horrible outbreaks and my face used to be covered in zit, I went to the dermatologist got a cream [don't know what its called], some medicine [pills], and some other cream-like thing. Ever since I've been using that stuff my face has been clear. So my suggestion, if it really is bad, is to go to a dermatologist, they can really fix up your zits and make them disappear, unlike any product on TV claims it can do.

Btw, I thought this said oh joy...tits lmao. :D

Like everyone said, go to a dermatologist and get some prescription stuff for your acne. I have a lot of acne too so don't feel like your alone :D But remember, no matter what, it just takes time when using creams. They can only work so fast.

But if you don't want to go to the dermatologist then you could try buying Pro-Activ (http://www.proactiv.com/index.php?acnt=GTP0000S&s_kwcid=TC-5339-180089276012-S-18776896512)
This stuff actually works without the stinging of the other OTC acne products. Like clearasil, I think most of their products sting when you put them on.

Pro-activ does the same thing but it takes a while to me to put on because of all the different creams and liquids you have to put on then wash off. I personally am to lazy to put this on so when I'm taking a shower, I wash my face with this (http://www.truerenu.com/tr/scripts/prodView.asp?idProduct=99) and it helps me a lot but not enough to get rid of all my acne.

Basically all acne products do is they dry out the acne and they slowly go away. I can't find the thread that was here before but someone said that you could try staying out in the sun more which drys out your skin but then you could get skin cancer or a sun burn >.>

To sum it all up, if you have the time and money you could go to the dermatologist, get some creams from them, or buy some pro-activ or you could keep trying to find a good oct product that works on your acne.

Yep proactive actually does work really well. Or just wash your face and body really well in the shower.
This might also sound bad, but I use rubbing alcohol. If your skin is greasy, it will dry it out and clean it up. It works well, but it might sting a little bit.

Things like clearasil, if you check the active ingredients you most likely see some version of alcohol in it so yeah don't use it right after you shave :D It will sting like a b****

Jared I can see what your getting at by using alcohol but OTC products have medicine AND alcohol not just alcohol :P

Almost everybody gets zits, it just happens during puberty. Masturbating has nothing to do with it. Dermatologists see zits everyday, it's like their career. There's nothing to be embarrassed about.
