for some reason, its EXTREMELY embarrasing...idk why i just cant ask them... id rather get them myself but where would i get transpertation to the jewel a mile away, or who would let a 13 year old but himself a razor... OOISDIOURHHHAAHHHHHHH IM GOING CRAZY... I ALWAYS THINK OF THIS.....

man why does this have to be so hard for me...

please help me ...well... how ...?? do i do it???:(

maby if you talk to a friend (preferably a girl) they might let you come over to study ;) and you can use his/her razor

I think it's probably best not to share razors. It's not that your friends have herpes or any blood-borne virus, but would you share a needle with them?

I'd try to get over your embarrassment instead of avoiding the situation. How about writing them a note and then leaving it for them for when they get home? Then, no direct interaction and it seems casual. Once you're past that hump it'll probably be a lot less scary. :)

Yeah, try adding it to a grocery list, or slip it into the cart while your mom/dad isn't looking and give them a sheepish smile, they shouldn't press you about it. <_< They ARE your parents after-all, they went through the same thing.

Hey I was in the same boat as you. I'd just been sneaking into my dad's bathroom and using his razor for quite some time. You know I finally worked up the courage to tell my mom that I really needed one of my own. And I was totally surprised with what she said!

She said : "Good! I was waiting for you to ask!"

You see, she totally already knew what I had been doing; the only reason why she hadn't bought me one was because she didn't know what type of razor and cream I wanted.

Trust me, your parents probably know that you do this; or that you really need to start shaving. Don't worry about it! If you really are embarrassed you could always just call them from school or something so you don't have to do it to their face.

I felt like this but luckely my mum noticed and she bought me one without me asking. But like the others said they are your parents not your immature friends after all, they went through puberty once, they'll understand, try talking to a mirror to get confidence.

I was 11 when I asked my mom if I could get a razor, and we picked one out. Even my brother who was 10 and didnt need a razor bought one. Its no big deal. Ask your dad if you could get a razor next time youre at the super-market.

dude its part of life to grow hair, rely what they going to say - ohh hes growing up fast!!! ya ya, we've alll heard it form our aunties before, but irgnore it, you will ahve to do it sometime, beforeeit gets to much. :)

...if that doesnt work, try and get you dad (or mum) to notice your growing wiskers, and they will say, bla bla bla - resulting in you getting one!! good luck.

They most likely aren't going to realize you need one until you mention it. Not that they don't care about you. Just that it isn't on the top of the priority list at the moment. Just mention that you need to start shaving. It isn't anything to be embarassed about. It isn't anything that needs to be made a big deal out of. If you'd feel more comfortable. Just go get the stuff yourself and put it in the cart.

buying a razor is perfectely fine at any age no matter who you are.. what gender.. what you look like.. just don't put it to waste.
Also, as hard as it is to believe.. most parents are cool about this stuff. My mom now will buy me a razor from time to time at the local grocery store b/c i've chatted with her about it and she knows what's happening to me.

ok the same thing is happening to me, what you need to do is show them that you need one. about 2 weeks ago i was almost ready to buy DO but what i though was when im home and tis just me and my mom i made it obvious and kept lifting up my arms so she could see it was wet. and the next morning i got deoderant. lol. heres another way. if you with your dad say that you mom asked you to tell him to pick up 2 packs of razars. that way you can get one for you and sneak one into her bathroom incase he looks
