-Eat healthier and steer away from all junk food. Healthy food actually tastes really good!
ex. my favs are chicken cesar salads, apples, oranges, orange juice, grapes, bananas, carrots, subway subs, etc.
-Run a lap around a track (like 400m) a day to get your heart healthy and cardio work.
-Try push ups in the afternoon (not at night or in the morning though, it'll keep you up and you'll be too tired)
-Get a gym subscription and shoot hoops by yourself. It's fun, and great cardio. You can also go in the weight room and learn a few things from the trainers in there
-keep asking questions. Like to your coach, to us, and to trainers. We all love helping peoples and it's also our job! Take advantage of that :D
Getting fit isn't always fast and you won't always get fast and the best results within months. But it's a good lifestyle change, it'll make you live longer, and you'll feel better and the best plus: sexier
sorry for my enthusiasm lol

Personally I'd say go biking because I like to explore rather than go running. If your an adventurous person then take your bike to places where you've never been to.
Eat healthy foods like Zach said. Fruits, vegetables, and try to stay away from fast food like McDonald's >.> EVEN THOUGH subway say that they are healthy, if you or are going to eat subway pick subs like a 6" tuna because if you get a foot long Steak sub thats not very....unfattening?
Depending on what kind of fit your trying to get whether it be losing weight or gaining muscle.
For gaining muscle you can do chin ups, sit ups, push ups, try going to the gym like Zach said, if you want to gain muscle a bit faster you could try buying things like protein powder and stuff like that though I personally wouldn't use them. (http://www.gnc.com/shop/index.jsp?categoryId=2167077&clickid=topnav_img_2) But if you do use them I would watch out when buying stuff like NO-XPLODE (http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2273249&cp=2167077) which according to my brother who used it, your suppose to drink pretty much close to a gallon of water over time when you drink it but my brother, being the smart person he is and was >.> drank all of it at once (the water) and he said he kept on feeling like he was gonna throw up for like 4 hours.
Though if your going for like abs I would first LOSE weight if your a little chubby around there :D then start doing sit ups because if you don't lose weight first it makes yours abs like stick out :P

do martial arts, or do mui tai kick boxing. they litterally will make you work out so much you cant even stand after class. its a great way to get fit and to get in a good looking body also
oh yea and also eat healthy. try not to eat as much packaged food. get natural food from like trader joes or eat lots of fruit and vegis and meat.

Swimming builds calf and shoulder strength, and if you push yourself to do timed laps you can improve your heart rate and breathing.
If your a person who rides horses they help your legs get in amazing shape (swimming will do this too)
Getting into dancing (even just krumping when you feel like it) can help build muscle, just remember to not do what you can't and don't push yourself to hard to fast.
Running is great.
I don't know about you but i love to visit our gym after schools out and run suicides back and forth on the lines. I love to sprint and turning on the spot excites me and i love to run as fast as possible back across the finish line. This is great for your legs, balance and your breathing and you only need to do it about five times (ten minutes) in a day.
Eat healthy. Drop the coke and sugary treats and cheese and chocolate and ice cream and make way for your favorite veggies and fruits.
Those are some fun things i know of, just remember not to push yourself to hard to fast or you could end up harming yourself. i have a knee problem that started when i hit a barrel riding a horse and progressed while running and doing basketball and now i can only run for short periods of time. So just be careful and gl.

Well try to do what i do but start out slow.
200x Crunches (fit them out start out at 75 and increase by 25 each day.)
4-6 Protein shakes daily
x150 push ups (start at 25 increase by 25 daily)
When u wake up get your pants on and run 2 miles (you will most likely puke but don't worry its normal)
If you can go to the gym go there trust me its worth it.
x100 Crunches (if it hurts first day then stop)
People say to stop the next day , don't because you gain a bit of fat.
If you go to the gym try drinking 2 red bulls before working out.
Eat lean food NO Chips Soda Candy or anything with sweets.
No Bread too, Drink lots of milk (ive drunken a gallon a day)
Lots of Veggies.
Eat fish lots of it.
And try to do pull ups on a bar.
And if you can Buy some Creatine supplements they work wonders.
and do push yourself to the limit.:D

thats good xxa415, but milk is worse for you than it is good... it gives alot of calcium but on the other hand, it can have some bad side affects such as cancer feeds off of it. i would say that one or two glasses a day is good enough, in small doses it can be good for you

I don't like going to the gym because I'm really tall and skinny, so I feel weak and don't want people to see me bench pressing the bar. :P So I always do home exercises. Like just doing simple things such as push-ups, stretches, and sit ups. Try a lot of different types of ab work outs. You can do crunches, peddles, etc. I ususally take a small foot stool or ball and put it under my back. It gives it more angle then just going flat then up then flat then up.

you could try riding to school, or walk, or if its far away, run/ride to the train/bus stop then catch the bus to school
