I have a friend whose penis is 4" when erect, and he's my age. He's half Japanese and half Filipino. Don't worry, you're quite the average Asian. :)

You're bigger than I was when I was 14 (probably around 3-3.5 inches) so I think you're normal.

I'm 13 too and we same dick size. I agree that everyone is different at every age. Some big some small. I have 12 year old friend and he is almost an inch bigger than me. But then he outweighs me by 20 pounds too. We all have our "differences".
