How should I ask someone out

I am a 16 y/o male and there is this girl i like... What am I supposed to do ? Should I ask her to be my GF i have to take her on a date ( and what should i do in it?)

She is 14 btw.

Do not ask her to be your girlfriend, especially if you do not know her that well. Just be nice and talk to her; get to know her. Asking questions is crucial. Just the basics: favorite color, favorite ice cream flavor, favorite foods, favorite movies, favorite songs. Then from there bring up a cool movie you both should see in theaters. Or if you would like ask if she would like to go to an ice cream place with you. Just hang out as friends then after a few times as her on a date. "We should go on a date sometime to the mall or something."

I know her pretty well but we both know for each other we rarely have plans so she would be confused if I ask her out (i think) . Also i really don't know what to talk about or how I should bring it up ( messenger or real life dialogue?)

Oh, but why should she? The mindset I found useful is basically "I find this girl interesting, I wonder how her life looks and I'd like to spend some time with her". No more, no less. Just be simple: "Hey, you got any plans for tonight/tomorrow/Friday?" Also it'd be better to do it in person, you can 'feel' the response and notice if she really doesn't want to or can't in case she rejects (just in case).
When with her, just talk about some ordinary stuff. No need to force anything, pick an ordinary topic, express an opinion, ask her about hers if she keeps quiet, change the topic if she looks uncomfortable. Repeat until conversation starts to flow by itself. Good luck!

I usually stutter or start to say gibberish when around a pretty girl. It happened yesterday when I was talking to my friend about my Halloween costume of all things haha.

Relax and put your arm around her :) Just talk to a girl like you would to a guy, but be just that extra bit warier of word choice...
