Right now, as a guy, since I haven't had my pubes fully grow in, I leave it natural, so I can have as much as possible. I don't think I'll ever fully shave it, but I'll probably trim it if it ever gets out of control.

I shaved last spring. It hurt, I broke out with ingrown hairs and it itched like hell growing out. I'll never do that again.
