um I don't know if it works for peeing or not. I know you can edge while you masturbate by that's something different. I guess it kind of makes sense but I never tried to stop myself form peeing if I didn't have too

Its supposed to be something about exercising your pelvic muscles. As far as I am aware, by stopping urination mid-pee, but not using any other muscles (like your buttocks or holding your breath or whatever), it's supposed to strengthen those muscles which help men before and after prostate surgery. As far as I am aware, by doing this exercises it can also help achieve harder erections. (Shouldn't be an exercise most teen need to do :P). But as far as I know, it doesn't have any correlation with how long you last.

You are training your pelvic muscles that contract when you orgasm. It might be more helpful for women than us guys though.

just stop or slow down a couple of times wil also work.

I think what he's trying to point out is that you develop a way to hold back your cum masturbating the same way you would while peeing. I'm not sure if it makes you last longer but I would give it a try see what the results are.
