Penis soft and hard (girls)

Hi, I'm 17 right now and my penis hard is about 10 cm (4 inches) and fairly thick. Soft it is about the size of my thumb and just about the same thickness. Would you girls be willing to wait for it to grow or is it an automatic turn off at the start? Also, I haven't grown much since last year in height and haven't seen much in penis length so I think that is done growing. Can't agree with the above any more, guys if a girl doesn't want to be with you because of your penis size she's not the sort of girl you'd want to be with anyway. More to the point, we know about erections and stuff, lol, we know it gets harder.

And ones it's hard its what you do with it that matters!
