Posting pictures in album

Hi, I'm trying to post some more pictures in my album, but keep getting this error that pops up
What am I doing wrong or how domit do it?

I'm going to look further into this issue soon and hopefully have an answer for you within the next couple of days. So far as I can tell this situation isn't as simple as changing some ownership permissions, which you'd think would be the problem

Don't know if you seen this thread (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum/vbulletin-3-8/vbulletin-3-8-questions-problems-and-troubleshooting/312953-new-members-attachments-not-uploading) but they say the solution is to do this:

chmod -R 777 /home/vhosts/couchlockcafe.com/httpdocs/attachments

(changing permissions on attachments directory so change path to match wherever vteens attachments folder actually is).

Dont mean to interfere I just happened to see it and thought i'd share.

Well what you said there is pretty much what I described trying earlier and it had no effect. I appreciate the suggestion, but it seems to be more difficult than that.

I cannot upload photos of myself nor can I upload photos to post for the group that I created. How long must we wait for this issue to be resolved? Thanks
