advice for small get-together (hooking up?)

This girl and I talk a lot, both through text and real life. I have a huge crush on her and I'm pretty sure she knows about it, but still continues to talk to me every day and not be weird about it. However, I'm not entirely sure if she likes me like that completely.

So tomorrow, one of her friends is hosting like a small getty (get together or w/e) and she wants me to go so I'm going.

Now, I know that she wouldn't "date" me because 1. i'm 17 and she's 13. It sounds really weird, but we're getting closer and closer every day and it's not weird for us.

So tomorrow, I really want to get closer to her (kiss, hook up w/e), but I have no idea how to because I've never done it before (lol). Like i dont know how to make so we're both in the same page and we're both gonna go somewhere alone in the party and kiss etc.

I don't know what steps are basically, from steps 1 to X to achieving this.

Actually, the legal age of consent doesn't apply only when the other party is over the age of 18. It means you can't legally have sex period.
And even if it was legal, doesn't mean it's entirely moral. People need to quit trying to bang 13-year-olds. That's creepy as hell, man. Keep it in your pants.
