I feel like I'll never fit in

I have never really had friends all my life. I am starting to feel like I will never fit in and feel like giving up. I feel like I don't belong anywhere.

I used to have this problem a lot. My best advice is to start with one person and get him/her to introduce you to their friends. Talk to them, be interested and stick with them for a long time. That's what I did- and it explains why I have a lot of friends now. To put it another way:

"Be the person that stays with others, even if they don't want you to be there."

Care is a difficult trait to learn, but I guarantee you- it makes you friends and it makes you feel better about yourself. After all- someone cares for you right? So you might as well care for others. #spreadpositivity
