Hi, I go Lanzarote in October (30) and I need to loose my stomach ASAP! I mean dietary wise... This is what I tend to have on a daily basis:
Breakfast: Fruit and Fibre Breakfast with Skimmed Milk
Lunch: Smoothie (Banana, Juice Plus Chocolate Powder, Milk, Ice)
Dinner: Whatever my family has.
Its just.. I have stretch marks on my arms and back and I want to loose weight ASAP :(

Losing weight won't remove stretch marks. You can use bio-oil or something with Vitamin E in it to reduce those but losing weight won't make them disappear, they're like scars.
Can't really help you with losing weight other than exercising more than you do. Swimming or running or cycling is a good option.

I know, I meant I want to remove stomach fat though.

Do cardio workouts, or Google specifically stomach targeted exercises.

yea continue eating healthier foods and exercising. If u want, go to a local gym and hire a personal trainer to help u out

Small changes make a huge difference. Instead of drinking soda or milk, drink water. Walk instead of driving whenever you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Things like that.
Along with that, going running and biking are good exercises. And cutting out junk food will make a world of difference.

take stairs, lower food portions (only eat what you need!) drink loads of water and try and do some exercise when u get up - it helps wake u up too :D

Its hard to loose at such short notice...and stetch marks wont go...
When I gave up my self imposed diet 2y ago I gained like 10kg from Aug holidays to chistmas.....this gave me a bunch of pink stretch marks all over my tummy, love handle and butt/thigh area cos I've been so skinny all my life.....
That Dec we went to Bali beach and it was horrible I could not pull my speedo above my thigh...and being shirtless in hot sun makes ones fat bit looks worse cos it kinda glows....I almost cried....But I had only my sis and 3 cousins so nobody I know saw me much and I tried to keep a top on..
But I applied coconut oil I found there and it made my stetch marks become white and less visible...even tho I put on 2kg on holidady .

the best way to lose weight is to eat less and move more. I have the opposite problem, I can't keep weight on, I eat a lot, but I'm too active and move too much. For medical reasons I can't drive so I walk and bus everywhere I go. You can lose weight, trust me it's easy.

Thanks for sharing these techniques for losing weight in couple of days. I also want to like eat this kind of diet regularly and with this technique i feeling better.
