You should be honest with your friend. What could be have possibly done so bad?

First, be careful, if he's cheated once he'll do it again. However, you should be honest with your friend and if she can't handle it, maybe she isn't the greatest of friends? It is ok for her not to like the fact, but if she starts getting angry with you, that's too much and she would be too controlling.

Yeah this.

Friends can be upset when their other friends are on the road to a potential train wreck life situation.

But friends just need to say their piece and let that individual face their consequences, with an agreed upon support level if the friend ends up being right in the end.

Because let's face it, if your a friend who is the one that is playing doctor to the troubled friend all the time to an extent it's hampering your own quality of life, that's a legitimate reason to be upset.

Mature people ask friends for help, but they know where to draw the line of not to over rely on them to the point of annoyance.

P.s. Check this guy for STD's like herpes...dating guys like these are a part of the reason STD's are still spreading like wildfire and are sometimes antibiotic resistant now.
