Well count your blessings :P I have no hair (in places, got loads on my head lmao) I don't think my balls grew any recently and as for the rest you're ahead of me there too. Don't stress buddy it just takes time and who gives a f**k if the other guys have pubes, a lot of guys I know who have them just shave them anyway because their annoying so ... who cares really? We have older years changing with us and I've heard comments but thats usually when some of the guys in my year are getting annoying to them and its not about pubes considering a lot of the older guys look like they shave or trim anyway. TBH you are far more likely to get teased at my school in the changing rooms if you are fat and you can report that stuff.

That's okay, don't worry about it. I got pubes when I was 11, and got the most earlier this year. But I shave until it looks bald anyway, so it doesn't matter

Different people get it at different times. Usually arm pit hair comes after pubes, and if you get chest hair that's last. There's no rush anyway, a lot of guys love having pubes at first but then find them annoying and shave them off. So enjoy being smooth haha (not to mention a lot of guys find smooth really hot, so you might benefit from that!)

I learnt that if people tease you for how you look then they're only insecure about themselves. If you don't have pubes at the moment, who cares! You'll get them when you get them, it shouldn't even be their concern if you have pubes or not. Just my opinion :)

My arms are getting there, but still hairier than most. My armpit hair can be seem even with my arms on my sides. I also have some decent sideburns and bit of a mustache if I don't shave, and I think that my chest/stomach hair is now pretty visible and I'm only 14. Whether you are as hairy as me, or on the opposite side of the spectrum, be confident in yourself. You can't control how hairy you are after all! Plus most of the guys in my class barely even have leg hair yet, so you seem to be in the majority, at least at my school.
