I feel like I'm the only one that gives a fuck about what we do I am in a marching band very one in my section fucken doesn't give a single fuck I'm sick of all the peaploe that don't fucking understand what some of this means to some peaploe I am made fun of for lissining to my director by my secon leater I am about to fucking drop out because I am done with the fucking peaploe arownd me I gust can't fucking take it

Hey man, I understand your frustration. I too used to be in band. Do you love music? If you do, that is all that matters! I know it can be really hard when you know it would all get better if people would just do there part, but the important thing to remember is that life is too short to stay mad. We are not guaranteed tomorrow, so think of it this way, if you died in your sleep tonight, would you be ok with how you spent today? Or would you regret not kissing the guy/girl or getting made at some people? Now, everybody deserves time to vent and to get mad on occasion or to loose it, but definitely don't dwell on it and have fun with your life! As for the people that are making fun of you? Yeah, it hurts to be bullied and everyone who says it rolls of their back is lying. But, you have to move on and not think about it. Sure, it hurts then, but you don't have to let other people know. They only do it to get a rise out of you for their own enjoyment, so if you don't react, they won't act. Also, a lot of people in high school band are just there to be in something and don't really have a passion in music. I had the same problem, but now I am in college and in band and guess what, people listen and care about what they do! Everyone listens to the directors, and if they don't, they are picked on! Trust me, high school can suck if you aren't in the in crowd, but what you learn later is that there are a million other people that love the same things as you! In college, no one cares about what you do! But no matter what, don't drop out! You will regret it for the rest of your life! I almost did and I am so glad I didn't! I have a friend who did for the same reason and he still regrets it! Just remember, you have a choice whether or not you listen to them!
