So I like this girl and I'm pretty sure she likes me back. I'm pretty excited about it because usually this stuff doesn't work out for me but when whenever we talk it's just kind of awkward. It's like I lose my ability to converse or something and I no words come to my head.
Any advice?

Just make some notes on what you want to talk about and ask lots of questions, then the girl knows you're interested in her! :D

Sure say this, and this will seem crazy, but not any less crazy than the emotional purgatory you seem to be in.


*context, you two are alone* : "Okay I'm just gonna come out and say this. I like you, and I'm getting the sense you might like me too. If I'm wrong forgive me for the awkwardness I usually don't do this sorta thing, I'm nervous right now and my ability to converse has made me a rambler".

See how she responds, and then move on with your life.

Honesty is best, she's probably feeling the same thing, and that would probably make you both laugh and move on with stuff

That is cute. It is okay to be shy and be nervous when you talk. Just be sure to ask lots of questions to get to know her:
What is your favorite color?
Favorite animal?
Favorite food?
Favorite movie?

Then you can say something about that favorite movie and it can lead to asking her if she wants to go to the movie theaters with you. Ask her on a date.
