Hi, I'm 16 and i have a good amount of hair in my pubic region. I trim it every once in a while but i am not sure what to do for my balls. I think i want to shave them to get rid of the hair but i dot have access to a manual razor. I have an electric razor, Panasonic Arc 4, but i am not sure if it is safe to use? If i am not able to shave with that do you guys have any other suggestions? Do you shave your balls? thanks

I don't shave my balls but I don't think an electric razor would get the hairs. I'd say to buy a manual razor.

I shave, and it's not for everyone. Some people get really itchy when it grows back in. I take that as a sign it's time to shave again

Anyways, ide use a manual razor, trim as much as you can first, from there, it's guna be a maintenance thing so you'll need access to razors on a reg basis

Don't use electric or hair removal products you buy at the store

You should try trimming them as much as you can before you shave them. A word to the wise, electric razors pull your ball hair... and it hurts. For me, shaving your balls is just more hassle than what it's worth for regular maintenance, because it is very time consuming (if you don't want to cut yourself). This is why I only do it when there is a chance someone will come in contact with them.

I shave them whenever I shave my pubic hair. It actually doesn't take me a long time either, I'd say 5 minutes tops on just my balls. What I find works is pulling down slightly on the bottom so that it's a little bit more flat and then shave with a razor.

Any particular reason you dont have access to razors?
I mean, don't mean to pry and all, but you kinda opened the door, and its a pretty normal item to be able to use...

TJreversedi know it is a pretty common item but my parents got me an electric razor to shave with and I don't want to ask if they could buy me a manual one when I have a perfectly good electric one. do you see where I am going? it just brings up the question of why i am using them and i think that is an awkward subject

Ok, sorry, didn't see that factor at all, Im JT btw
You could strike up the conversation about comparing an electric to Manuel shave, just say you want to see how the difference feels
I'm sure thed understand that, especially who ever is the guy
A razor is a much closer shave, they know that
Alls they can say is no right?

I have a battery-powered manual razor. It also has a trimmer as well.
I use that (with the razor blades) to shave my balls and finish up everything else.

Why not just go to cvs or walgreens, or even a supermartket. Ther r no restrictions on buying them, and they r cheap !

I use a manual razor though.
Must be careful not to cut yourself.

LifeLittlePreppy was wondering how you made out, try my suggestion?
I said just say you want to compare the quality of the shave from electric to a regular razor

If you can, try and get a manual razor from somewhere, I tried it with an electric razor ounce, it didn't work out too good... It's nice to have shaved balls but I'd recommend you just trim your general pubic area because it can itch really badly!!!

thanks for your interest, but I haven't ask. I figured it wasn't to big of a deal and I didnt have the balls to ask them so I think I may just have to let the idea slide for a little bit longer.

I use a "beard trimmer". I feel that takes away as much hair as I need (it's a very very low setting) but that way I just feel extra safe. No way I'm using a manual razor on my balls! Even an electric razor that gets real close is too close for me! Call me conservative but I don't want to go to the ER lol.
