Hello all, I joined this site about a year ago, hung around for a few months. I became depressed, lost interest, etc. I decided in April to turn my life around, I got fit and became a better person on so many different levels. I still am depressed but I'm slowly turning it around. To end I would like to say its good to be back and goodnight.
