You could be stretching your foot, as in making it almost perfectly in line with your leg, as some do during masturbation, which can pull a muscle or can cause a cramp

This haven't ever happened to me personally but I don't think it's anything to worry about, like Thomas said it could just be you stretching your foot during masturbation. But anyways I wouldn't worry about it you should probably be fine and if problems with your foot get worse maybe consider seeing a doctor, but I think that's probably an extreme and won't happen. It's common to stretch your foot while mastutbating. Try to minimize it if it gets painful.
