I do not openly stare at anyone. I think that is rude. I do enjoy looking at people and am flattered when they return my look. I do not want to be stared at though, I do not find it attractive at all.

It depends I guess. Course only time a girl stared at me was in disgust (she right after told me I looked rlly filthy and needed a bath-5th grade love-) so don't totally know. I think if it's out of love and not TOO intense then yes

I think it depends on the person doing the staring, the person being stared at and the whole situation.

I personally would not mind if a girl was looking at me and would find it flattering. If she stared for too long and turned her head to follow me across the room I would probably start wondering if my zipper was down or something was wrong.

I think people are too quick to react and call people creepers. We have eyes for reasons and there is nothing wrong with wanting to look at someone or something they find attractive.

By staring do you mean continuing once they notice you're looking at them? I find it extremely cute when I catch girls looking at me, though I would be slightly concerned if they continued staring after I seen them doing it. That been said, I'd still be quite flattered... Just a little creeped out at the same time.

I'm pretty oblivious, so if I get stared at I'll probably think I have something on my face or clothes and I look dumb. Literally she would have to straight up compliment me for the message to get across.

I can't say for sure. But I think it doesn't matter what gender you are, most people react to being stared at the same.

I know girls feel more self-conscious, because of society telling us how important looks and appearance are, but I imagine guys to a slightly lesser extent react the same self-conscious way.

Welcome stares by those who they also find attractive.

Shun stares or glances by those who they don't find attractive; or in some cases are oblivious to people staring at them at all.
