Okay. I rarely wear clothes at home. My friends, male and female, are often naked together. We skinny dip and spend time in hot tub. It is not a sexual thing, just being comfortable. So I guess we just have a different background/perspective on nakedness. And that is cool. You're cool. :)

Many families are, many families are not. It depends on a varied many factors. In some family units it is perfectly acceptable to notice, and even comment about body parts. My brother, sister and parents are nudist. We practice it at home, and while traveling. We have friends that come over just for the experience. We have traveled many places around the world where it has been acceptable. Its the human body, just without clothes.

To the OP:

Nudity, and in this case, commenting on body parts does not in any way shape or form equate to sex. Nude is nude. sex is sex.

Most of my friends had some sort of experience with a family member commenting on a part of their body. "Oh, look, you aren't flat anymore." "I noticed you lifted your arms the other day, here I got you a razor." "Maybe sweatpants aren't for you anymore, try switching to jeans, it will hide it better."

None of these lead to sex. In the case of the OP, she was probably just being playful. I'd take the compliment, and move on with life. Had she walked up next to you, or tried to make a move, it'd be a different story, but a comment is a comment in this case.
