Why not ask him? Some cut boys can move much, some a little, some can't. It depends on how much skin they cut. If he's got no scar, then he's probably uncut.

Oh wow I forgot all about this thread. Sooo lol I got curious but didn't have the balls to ask him so I "accidentally" walked in on him peeing one morning while we were getting ready and he was soft. Yea he's definitely NOT circumcised, the skin was over the head when he was peeing.
