My mother is so unfair I wanna die

Hey guys . It's me , Aris 16 years old. I know I've made 2 threads in this subforum concerning my mother with this being the third , but I can't resist.

For the first time in my life , when school started someone said " Heyyy , haven't seen you for a while , how you doing" etc while smiling and laughing instead of the typical " Hi " I get from my classmates . Also in my extra math classes there are two kids that I have a blast passing time with them and I don't feel like I just listen them talk while being an annoyance like with my classmates.

And now my ****** mom comes in and refuses to give me the router( for the Internet) and says I haven't done my homework at all . Thing is since its the school start I have barely any homework . When I say I did all of my homework she says that its not enough not baring in mind I had like 2 simple exercises and studied for 1 hour . When I complain that I have nothing to do ( not to mention I can't chat with anyone because of no internet) she says that she doesn't care . I can't see anime or read manga online , I can't play video games with my friend , I can't play with my Nerf gun because" it does too much noise " and I can't go out alone ( I generally am really awkward to ask my friends out) . I have nothing to do and can't chat with the one person that I consider my close friend . I'm writing this in a shitty open Wi-Fi hotspot that's really slow . If I don't find a solution then I don't know what I will do but my life would be empty and just sad ... Please , help me , I spent 6 years with no real friends and now I will lose the few I made ...

I sympathize. My dad is often so unfair and strict on me and gives me some severe punishments that can be way harsh for whatever it was i may have done or he thinks i did

I know , it feels so wrong goddamnit . The worst thing is when your/mine friends can't grasp the concept of our parents and act like we are aliens .. E.g I get teased for not going to parties. Ironically how my mother is the source of the teasing I get , isn't it ?

I got teased bad cos i was grounded over the summer and the boys at school thought it was amusing how i couldn't go out and do anything :mad:

That's what happens to me on a daily basis. It's not that I don't have homework, but I usually do it while I'm at school during recess or spend max. 1 hour doing it.

If I choose to study for a subject I like without her demanding anything, then she considers that it didn't happen and still says that I'm a "lazy ass b*tch that wastes time". If it's Maths, then she starts praising me to my dad and it's driving me insane.
I've read some of your threads, and I'm in basically the same situation. I've tried talking with my mom, no result. I'm waiting to go to college abroad and get rid of her forever. 5 more years with my one and only abuser.....
I honestly don't know how to fix your problem, since nobody could fix mine. My dad, other relatives, even teachers tried and she still treats me the same way.

Some people just don't know how to be parents. Like if other adults are backing us up and they still don't get it, its like they're defective or something. You can have a super rational explanation for how they are wrong but all they hear is a annoying short human backtalking them.

try having your teachers write down your assignments if possible. so when she does not believe you, you have physical evidence

I guess I'm lucky then, because my parents don't get on my case academically as long as I show them my report cards are all A's in every subject.

If they're all A's and my graded assignments I take home are all A's then they don't bug me.

Exactly! I alway tell her things that can be backed up rationally, but she always ignores everything and replies with something like "You're stupid". After what happened today to me I was so revolted I'm going to write a thread of my own soon, explaining the whole thing.

With me, even if I get 10/10 she says that it doesn't mean anything and that my maxed grades aren't worth anything.

I would hope that turning 18 while successfully passing my exams anf filling her request but it simply wont happen . I'll have to endure her 5 more years while in university because 99% i will be on the same house and then god knows when will i get a stable income and afford a household of my own ...
