Actually I never used soap yet, only water. Never had problems with bad smelling

Definitely doesn't sound legit, plus I've tried using no soap it actually gets irritated versus when I use soap.

I always use soap and rinse well..no probs...even tho I am esp soft and sensitive in my down there and butt area...If I wear jeans w/o undies I get all chaffed and red..
