It all really depends on the person. Some people can cum as early as 9, and some can't do it till they're 16 or later. All you need to know is that you shouldn't worry about anything, and you don't have to meet anyone's expectations.

Honestly, you're totally fine, and you are not behind at all. Like the others said, folks can start ejaculating anywhere between 9-17, and I have seen folks on here as old as 17 who only experienced their first ejaculation then. Unless you are in a hurry to get someone pregnant enjoy the dry orgasms while they last because you do not have a mess to worry about. Don't freak out if your friends can cum because you'll catch up, and there are plenty of guys on here who were exactly like you who caught up. You're a lot more normal than you think you are.

I was about 14 when I came first. Friends claimed back then, they'd it already by 11, 12 or so. They were a bit disappointed when they realized that I didn't care about it. Like it wasn't a fuss to me having my first cum. Just told it.

From the few figures I have seen it seems those who discover their ability to ejaculate via a wet dream discover it at a later age than those who discover it through masturbation. So, if you don;t masturbate now would be a good time to try it. If you do masturbate but don't get to the orgasm then practising your technique will help. If you are getting to orgasm but it is dry then you just have to be patient. It is hard to translate an amount of hair growth into a specific puberty stage or to use that to predict the timing of other changes, as hair growth depends not only on how far puberty yoiu are but how hairy you will be at the end - 50% of 100 is the same as 100% of 50. The hair growth does indicate you have started puberty so the other changes will happen even if no-one can say exactly when.

Possibly. You should be able to at least orgasm. As Herms said, you will definitely know when you orgasm. If you aren't getting to orgasm, you aren't going long enough. I think alot of younger guys get impatient, go "full speed ahead" and expect something to happen in a few minutes. Just be patient and take your time. Good luck!

The fact that you're developing hair and are growing means that you are in puberty. It might be a matter of a couple of months before you can cum, and you seem like you are just getting dry orgasms which is totally fine. Enjoy the dry orgasms now because at least you don't have to worry about clean up. I would not get frustrated about not cumming because you'll catch up really soon.
