so i just noticed today that kinda on the bottom of my scrotum there is a black freckle looking thing just feels like a small bump. anything to be worried about?

It could be just a mole,but I'd ask your doctor about it.I have a mole on my shaft.

Maybe it's a mole or s freckle. But it couldn't hurt to go to the doctors

Probably a mole. They can pop up anywhere. But if it's oddly shaped or strangely coloured, you can go ask a doctor to take a look.
