When you're being active, for example running, do you notice that your balls start to hurt a little? I've noticed this when I'm running, but it doesn't happen as much anymore, anyone else?

Bluebyrd
September 7th, 2015, 12:23 PM
Not for me. It shouldn't be anything to worry about though; it's probably just your balls banging together.

JustinG
September 7th, 2015, 01:13 PM
When I run or do anything strenuous, I wear a soft jock. I used to get sore balls from running, but the jock DEF helps!

September 7th, 2015, 01:17 PM
I used to have that problem when I wore boxers under my workout gear and thats when I switched to wearing boxer briefs to support me more when I am doing active sports and stuff.

September 7th, 2015, 02:06 PM
After a while yeah they do,banging together and such.Thats why I switched to boxer briefs.

CuteGuy889
September 7th, 2015, 06:07 PM
Yeah ..thats why u need to wear supportive undies..many athletes prefer briefs as the best tradeoff between support and coverage/ventilation.

No it doesn't happen to me but that's maybe cause I do wear boxers

hudson19
September 7th, 2015, 11:21 PM
I run long distances (40-50 miles a week) and don't experience this. I would recommend wearing something that holds everything in place, at the very least the correct size running shorts with the built in runderwear. Also for long distances, I'd recommend trying a chafing powder or running lube to make sure you don't get a rash or bruise

bbwolf26
September 7th, 2015, 11:24 PM
Yeah you need to try wearing briefs or underarmour compression shorts. That's what I wear for sports.

Andre 99
September 8th, 2015, 12:15 PM
I'd suggest a jockstrap, or a better one if you already have one. :)

Daniel4
September 11th, 2015, 06:36 PM

I haven't had that problem, but I had a friend who had testicular torsion, and that was rough. If you start to feel serious pain, seek medical attention immediately. But as far as soreness, that's not out of the norm.

Andre 99

I've heard you're at a higher risk for testicular torsion while you're going through puberty... I usually wear a jockstrap for gym class and running - it keeps everything in tight, so nothing bounces and twists. Definitely helps prevent the soreness.

Daniel4
October 25th, 2015, 12:11 PM
oh ya, its a lot better than compression shorts. once you break them in and get use to you'll never go back. I wear mine for gym and running too.

jordan_matt
October 25th, 2015, 05:41 PM
I have fat balls that dont hang much but when I run or play sports I need a jock or compression shorts to keep em in place. If I freeball it feels good but not to run naked.

eyelemon
October 27th, 2015, 07:51 PM

Daniel4
November 22nd, 2015, 12:20 PM
for sports they just make sense. Once you wear one for a while, you realize a jock is the best thing to wear. I hardly ever wear my compression shorts cause there too tight for me.

Daniel4
December 11th, 2015, 04:03 PM

When you're being active, for example running, do you notice that your balls start to hurt a little? I've noticed this when I'm running, but it doesn't happen as much anymore, anyone else?

January 16th, 2016, 09:56 PM

It's the opposite for me... Wearing a jock keeps mine from hurting. Holds them in so they don't bounce. Unless it was really tight, I guess that might hurt?

Daniel4
January 17th, 2016, 12:50 PM
Oh ya same here ! Makes running better not to be bouncing around. Yea , just not too tight

Daniel4
February 21st, 2016, 12:32 PM
ya that's the best to wear . just need something that supports well. I still prefer a jock or if not boxer briefs work good too.

oh ya it can be a problem when its really hot out and your running.

Leon03
February 28th, 2016, 03:25 AM
That's why I prefer boxer briefs over boxers. They support a lot better and keep everything in place.
I couldn't stand the motion in boxers when running or doing sports in general.

always good to wear something tight.. esp. sports.

Anon53
March 6th, 2016, 04:16 PM
That's why many athletes wear jockstraps or compression shorts.

Daniel4
March 8th, 2016, 11:28 PM
oh yea and a jockstrap should be the #1 choice for support and freedom .

TonyJoe
March 12th, 2016, 03:13 AM

April 4th, 2016, 09:08 PM
ya same deal for me when I am running. why boxers would never work.

Irishlad16
April 6th, 2016, 03:36 AM
my balls hang down a bit. If I wear loose boxers they tend to move round a bit (if that makes sense) and sometimes rubs off my legs that can feel sore

When you're being active, for example running, do you notice that your balls start to hurt a little? I've noticed this when I'm running, but it doesn't happen as much anymore, anyone else?

It probably is just your balls clashing together, I get this when I don't wear as tight underwear as usual, so I recommend wearing a jock, or tighter boxer briefs...

birdbrain01
May 29th, 2016, 12:11 PM
The year ago my balls were still kind of tight so I didn't have that problem but now that they're starting to hang looser when I'm doing sports I have to wear some sort of compression shorts

KingExplosionMurder

I have that problem, I just deal with it, I feel it for a minute, but my focus on the game makes me forget about the pain. I agree with these people that you can change what your wearing undernieth, but I never did that. You do what you gotta do to not feel that pain, weather is wearing jockstraps, different underwear, cups, or just forgeting about it.
