Im 5 '8 and I weigh 137 lbs. I haven't worked out with weights in a while due to school and I'm not gonna be going to a gym anytime soon due to the fact I'm still getting used to getting back into school. I've taken up hip hop dance at my school which is free so that's pretty much most of the exercise I get during the week now and hip hop is only for two days a week. I want to try getting a bit of muscle, more toned, and some abs showing but using bodyweight workouts cause I don't have time for weights. Are there any bodyweight workouts you would recommend? Have you done bodyweight workouts before? Did you see excellent results with them? Also, how should my diet be like such as nutrition wise and calorie wise? I'm not sure exactly how much of everything I should be eating since I'm doing a hell of a lot more exercising than before. :D
