i was at a party, and this cute girl was there that i met and talked to a little. I'm a little shy at parties but i did notice she made some eye contact once and awhile during it. when she was leaving, she gave a few of the dudes hugs goodbye and when she gave me a hug (and she was just a little drunk) kissed me on the cheek and then said "oh, i thought we were doing that" when i didn't kiss her back.

I'm just confused. does that mean she might like me?

That said, keep in mind the OP said she was drunk.

Alcohol does weird things to some people's moods and memory of an event.

It must mean something she kisses you and not the others right. And drunk doesnt mean we are totally unreliably guys. We actually CAN put some thought into something we do.

I guess you cant be sure since she was drunk, but once a girl kissed me on the cheek, but it wasn't until 5ish months later that I found out she actually liked me and wanted to go out with me but I never realized. So go for it is what im saying

You never know if you don't ask. I would be totally flattered by any guy who told me he liked me.
