I'm going to lose my virginity and I'm on the pill so that my partner will cum inside me but I don't want to have the semen dripping out from my vagina when I will stand up... What can I do?

Use a condom. I know not the answer you were looking for, but there isn't really much hope for stopping drippage, besides just snuggling and letting it come out on its own in bed/place you did it, or wearing a pad. What goes up, must come down.

Just remember, condoms not only help prevent pregnancy they also protect against diseases. Just because someone says they're clean doesn’t mean they are.

He's clean, I'm sure because he went to the doctor... And also, he is virgin.

Just because he's a virgin doesn’t mean he doesn't carry hpv
It's basically impossible to test for unless you have an outbreak

The pill is very effective, more so than a condom (as far as preventing pregnancy). I was in a relationship with a guy for 1 year and we've had sex plenty of times. There was no need to use a condom since we were both frequently tested, monogamous, and I'm on contraceptives.
That being said, my advice to you is to make sure he's been tested recently and is fine. If you don't want to use a condom, that's your choice, but make sure he's also okay with this along with cumming inside you.
And to answer your question...if it drips out you can just use tissues to wipe it up. :)

You can't avoid the dripping. Just wear a pad after it, or wait for it to come out and clean it.

Is more uncomfortable wear the pad or wait for semen to come out and the clean it?

Peeing after seems to help a bit. Even if it's just the squatting. But Yea wear a pad because you might have the drip all day depending on how much he cums.

Well the condom will help with the dripping. There is nothing else I know that prevents you from the dripping

Dripping can be a problem and it is certainly a pain. Using a pad is the best idea after peeing. It's not always a problem for me tho and I like that...knowing most of his cum is safely inside my uterus where it belongs. Am on the pill of course!

Depends. If he eyaculates a lot then the dripping may go on for a few hours. In any case, the pad is the best option IMO.

Both peeing and wearing a pad are your best options.

Why worry about the dripping? I love the feeling when a guy shoots up inside of me :) As was suggested, you can always wear a pad after or just go sit on the toilet for a few minutes after and let it drain out.

I don't believe there's a way to stop that dripping but apart from that I don't think you should do it just to satisfy him if you're uncomfortable with that, which is the case from what I understand.

He understood me and I cleaned my discharge with a tissue and then, I went to pee.

Don't get me wrong, condoms for safety
But it's an ancient primal thing for them to finish in there you know?
Maybe I'm just weird
Discharge... unsexiest word ever

Yes, I feel the same way. There is something... different... when he finishes inside me, some weird feeling in my body.

Isn't that hormones in the semen being absorbed causing a chemical reaction in the brain (dopamine and oxytocin)?

Well I dont think you can avoid the dripping if he cums in you. What everyone says about using a condom is right, you can never be too safe with sex, but still it can feel incredibly intimate when a boy ends inside you.
I would play it safe though unless youve both been tested for STDs.
