I dont know if it really works or not, I have been doing it on and off for about a month and havent noticed any differences. From all that I have read on it, if not done correctly it could cause damage to the penis, so you might want to really think it out before doing it

I don't see how this is puberty related but this has not been proven to enlarge penis size by any means nor is it very safe.

To my knowledge it barely works and it is very dangerous. Don't do it; it's not worth the risk
