Just calm down, I don't think anything big is going to come out of this. Just forget about it. They're not going to press charges, and if they do, nothing's going to happen. Yes they could. It's known as indecent exposure. If it does come to it, a nasty attorney could argue indecent exposure to children of a lewd nature. Not your best day. I would just deny it. Who are they gonna' believe? You or a 9-year old witness??

Well lawfully, I really don't know if you can get sued by their parents. I don't know if these woods are private property. If they are yours then you are protected from the law for doing that. If it was public property then yes you could be sued for indecent exposure but nothing would really happen unless those kids were "tramatized" or something which I doubt. If you were on someone elses property that would be trespassing but once again I highly doubt this thing will become legal. Also, do you know these kids. If so then I don't know if they will tell their parents who will in turn tell yours. That is something to look out for. Otherwise it was an embarrasing moment that you should not really talk about for the rest of your life! :P

Brian117, I don't think they mentioned the laws that he may or may not have broken to scare him, they mentioned it to show that what he did is wrong, and it is. Masturbating outside, depending on where you do it, could be illegal. Just stick to doing it inside, it's much safer. Its not really likely that the girls told anyone if no one has been over to talk to your parents. Personally, I think the girls parents would do that before going to the police. And yes, it would most likely be a bad idea to admit you were doing anything in the woods. Such as asking the girls if the remember such an action taking place.
