So I have a physical like in 2 days and since last year I've grown a lot more hair and haven't trimmed in a while and I feel weird going to the doctors like that. Also I've been really horny lately and I don't want to get a boner during the physical! Any advice?

It's absolutely normal to have hair. It is expected and a natural part of growing up during puberty. Likewise, erections are normal too. Your doctor has almost certainly seen more naked people than you could imagine, and erections would almost certainly pop up relatively often (pardon the pun). It's a part of their day to day job. In that regard, I'd not worry too much about it. You're probably causing yourself far more grief from worrying than you should. Just take it easy mate.

Trust me, I had the same fears when I had a physical a few years ago. It's just to check on whether everything is going well. About the boner, I was fearing that would happen, but I found in the doctor's room it was a lot easier to control. In case you want to know I also have a female doctor :).

doctors have had worse things happen to them during a physical, so think the unshaven or trimmed pubes and random erections of a 16 yo boy will not bother him at all. IF you are that semiconscious about it then you should trim up your pubes so they look tidy, and possible jo before you go so that might reduce your chances of popping a bone when he examines you.
