Anyone else experience this?

I get an uncontrollable boner whenever I'm lifting weights. When I'm at the gym I just embrace it nowadays (my gym is pretty much known as a "gay spot", anyway), but I always wondered if I was alone in that.

Anyone else?

sometimes i get that lol. I lift weights at home for now at least so it's not a big major issue for me i guess.

Doing sit ups with weights or leg exercises would get my blood raging in my lower area and give me a semi most of the time

More blood flow to your lower area is most likely the cause of that.

I would assume as your heart starts beating faster, it would be possible. Never happens to me though

I don't go to the gym but like you said you should just embrace it because you can't help it.

I have never had a full-on boner, but I have had a semi, both at the gym and in the pool

i get boners all the time when i am doing my stretching exercises before my swim, its pretty hard to hide a boner in a speedo, so I just let it show.

I been hard at the gym before, but it is not like every time I am working out or anything like that.

I don't go to a gym but when I work out at home I sometimes do get a boner.

I lift at home, and maybe thatīs the reason i have never noticed it particularly, but i donīt think it happens to me.

I get them a bunch of times.

I've noticed I get them quicker with planks and sit ups (workouts with my abs) than I do with workouts with my pecs and biceps. So it much depend on the area of the body you are working out. At least in my case that is.

But yeah, I totally get them when working out. It makes push ups more fun to me lol and lets me know when I'm actually low enough :P

I'd say that's pretty normal. It probably has something to do with the blood rushing to certain parts of your body.

Running not so much. I run a lot of miles daily so if that was the case I would be forever stiff! Actually running makes mine shrink.

But lifting weights I do. Not 100% wood, just semis. However in PE if I spot for a girl I do get wood hella bad! Especially if I'm behind her spotting her squats or if she is spotting me or I am spotting her doing bench and our junk is in each others face lol.

I work out 3- 5 times a week, and while it's not a common occurence with me, it does on occasion happen. Sometimes from the weights, and sometimes just a random one looking at a hot chick on the floor.
My workout partner gets em sometimes too !!
