Yeah it is but when u first start puberty its clear but later it gets white. An please look up the word orgasm because and orgasm is the reaching point of when you ejaculate which is the semen.

It is an ejaculation. It's just not white because your testicles haven't produced enought sperm yet. It will get whiter when you get older.
