Well, I know there are plenty of threads regarding wet dreams, here. But I was wondering, does any of you guys, take a shower in the middle of the night, after they've had a wet dream? Or you just wipe the semen off your penis and put a fresh pair of underwear? I think it is not practical to take a shower at 2 or 3 am. so I use Kleenex and wet wipes and then I shower in the morning, but I still feel like I am quite unhygienic.

I guess you are right, the semen that has already soaked into the underwear will dry, if it is not that much, the big load can be wiped.

I don't think I've ever taken a shower after having one, at least not until the morning, because it might be noisy and it's nice to go back to sleep as quickly as possible

This sounds quite hygienic to me. I am just a guy who, in my opinion, is overly interested in cleanliness. I am just worried that if I don't clean well enough, I can get some semen on some of my belongings.

Well, i wash them, what else can I do? But I usually get semen only on my underwear and sheets. I don't think that I walk around with semen on my hands, touching every possible item in my possession and ''contaminating'' it. That is what I am trying to convince myself, at least. It is hard though.

I do understand what you mean and I try to clean the best I can. I don't get any semen on the rest of my things because I'm aware of what's happened, I'll use tissues, etc and I know I will be showering the first moment I wake up anyway

Have you tried masturbating more often to reduce the amount of wet dreams? How about getting earlier than your normal wake up time, so you can make sure you have enough time to take a shower and change into clean clothes?
At one point i was thinking to buy a camera, to record myself during the night, just in case I was sleep walking and opening wardrobes and touching my stuff with sticky hands. But I decided it was a silly idea and too much. How do you know that you are not sleep walking? Is there a way to find this out with a 100% certainty, without the camera thing?

So no shower for you, until morning? What do you use to wipe yourself down? I guess to me is different, because I do not scratch my butt hole in the night, but I do scratch my penis and balls. So as a result I get semen on my hands and not poo.

Just clean it up a bit, but don't get new underwear, the other ones will just go in the hamper anyway.
