Hello folks,
I am curious as to whether most of you take a shower before going to bed? I always do, because I sometimes scratch my balls and penis in my sleep and I don't want to have some urine on them, if I have not taken a shower before. Аnd if I get urine on my hands, and then touch my head or something else, it is gross. If I scratch myself down there, I always run to the bathroom to wash my hands with soap and always open the door with my other hand. Do you tend to scratch your balls and penis in your sleep a lot? If I

If I was scratching my nuts while I was asleep I wouldn't be able to feel it. And yes, I shower before sleeping thought don't get up and wash my hands again after scratching or adjusting my junk before I sleep. Other times I do it when necessary.

Do you shave your pubes? If you do that could be a reason you scratch your junk and if. I don't really understand this too much because if I was sleeping I would ever do this or not realize that I do it because I'm asleep.

Thank you so much for your response. I just want to be hygienic.

I shave them, but sometimes they are just itchy, even though the hair has grown out. I realized I am scratching my balls, and then I feel i need to get out of bed and wash my hands, because in the morning i wake up and turn off the alarm of my phone, put my glasses on, open doorknobs, and I am touching all of these things with my filthy hands. It just does not seem ok, to me.

I usually donīt shave right before going to sleep. I do like showering in the evening, right before dinner, though.

I shower before bed most days. But I don't think I do that in my sleep

I don't usually take a shower before going to bed, nor do I scratch my balls (at least consciously) while I sleep. It makes sense though for you, I wouldn't want to get urine on my hands.

I usually shower before bed, but when I scratch myself, I just let it be.
Urine is not unhygenic/dirty, in fact it can be used to treat jellyfish stings, dye clothes, and can even be drunk if there is no clean water available (I'm not sure I'd want to do that, but survival people do it)

Urine? Why would that be on your hands?

Well, because no matter how much i shake my penis or wipe it(most of the times) there is still a drop or two that ends up in my underwear. I think this happens to all guys? So, there will be some urine leftovers on my hands, I presume, if I scratch myself :what:

While we are on the subject, what if you have a wet dream, during the night, will you take a shower, right away, for example, at 2 am. or you are going to wipe yourself, change your underwear and just wait till the morning to take a shower?

Ah, okay. I don't scratch myself in my sleep (at least to my knowledge.)

I wouldn't say you're weird because you can't help what you do in your sleep.

I don't sleep in underwear, so if (when) I have a wet dream, it ends up on my sheets. And no, I just wash myself in the morning.

Oh, isn't it uncomfortable to spend the night in a wet bed? Thanks for your honesty :)

No. It is not like the bed gets soaked. There is a little spot of damp, that dries pretty quick.
No problem, we are all here to help and support each other.
