Swallowing your own cum is safe and unless you have a week stomach it will not make you throw up.

You should taste it by masturbating, after masturbating grab a finger, find a fairly nice size amount of cum and taste it. Depending on what you eat it might taste a little salty, but don't worry. Eating some pineapple will make it taste sweeter.
