I am 14 and i have quite a bit of pubic hair down there. I want to cut it or trim it. I dont have a razor but i just have scissors. Can i cut some of the pubic hair off with scissors? Is it bad if i do??

You can, it just probably won't look nice is all.

I recommend don't shave it because it grow back thicker and longer. Cut it and trim with a scissor is a good way but you need the skill to make it look nice.

Be careful you don't accidentally cut yourself if you do. But myself I just leave it be

They won't grow longer because there's a specific maximum length (at least that's what i learned in biology class for "normal" hair, i guess it's the same for body hair). They won't grow thicker, the hair roots become more "powerful" so it gets more difficult to shave it.

Shaving will create an itch fest. Trim using scissors or a trimmer.

I don't itch, and I shave.
If you want to shave, try it. If you itch, try trimming. If you don't itch, then carry on shaving if you want.

Oh yeah, some people are surprised when i say that but I just use regular scissors to trim my pubic hair. As far as I know there aren't any negative effects to it.

If it is quite bushy then I would recommend trimming, it also is not as irritating after and it looks really neat.

I wouldn't trim or shave. In the past when I have done it, I have had bad experiences afterwards. Whenever I shave it, no matter how cautious I am, I always end up cutting myself at least once which then makes it a little itchy and leaves me with a rash. Whenever I trim, it is itchy as hell and I think it looks quite stupid.

I used to shave the edges with a razor but it gets itchy after a while,so I may stop.I always trim every few weeks when the hair gets too long but it doesn't look too nice if you want to style it.
