Firstly, you've got to look down to make sure you're not pissing on the seat or the floor or whatever dere, next you've actually got to stand up which I hate anyway, and finally, going the toilet is a chance to sit down and rest. It might depend on the person. The other option if your can't aim well, or don't want to bother trying, is to piss in the shower.
